Multiple Furnaces for Maximum Melting Capabilities

Purchased new in 2021, we utilize a 1,000kw Inductotherm Dual Trak VIP power supply that operates two furnaces with capacity of 4,000lbs each. With the Dual Trak flexibility, we batch melt each charge and are able to schedule multiple alloys to be poured daily. This gives us the ability to expedite customer orders if needed without disrupting our normal processes.

Our furnaces combine the exceptional strength of a rugged steel shell with easy accessibility, making them ideal for melting a wide range of metals. Once the melting point is reached within the furnaces, liquid cast iron is poured into a ladle which, in turn, be poured into the mold.

We can accommodate a wide variety of casting weights, ranging from 1lb to 1,500lbs
