We specialize in low volume runs, ranging from 3 lbs. to 1,600 lbs. We use a high-quality no-bake cope and drag process that gives castings close dimensional tolerances.

We have two lines designed to run cope & drag:

• Line 1 – Sizes up to 36” × 36” × 6”, 60” × 60” × 30”
• Line 2 – Sizes up to 32” × 32” × 50”

Combined, the two molding lines can produce up to 200 molds per day.

We have the capacity to pour castings one at a time or in large quantities. These casting quantities vary from 1 – 1000 parts depending on the size of the casting.
